Cherry is a common esprit, although applications are rarely imaginative and very subtle. Besides using the esprit in pureed cherries, red fruits, jams, syrups etc., experimenting with whiskey, rum, macaroons, almond, chocolate and marzipan is definitely worthwhile. Be inspired. Our cherries esprit is extracted from different types of cherries (sweet and sour), thereby obtaining again a wide taste palette.
