Our Raspberry esprit is distilled from different raspberries, which are selected by hand. It’s quality and in fragrance and flavour is recognizable for everyone. Raspberry needs a contrast with for instance strawberry: 2/3 raspberry against 1/3 strawberry. Use it in fruitcoulis, pastry with soft red fruit, fruitbavaroise, icecream etc. And to enhance it’s flavour spray some while serving the dish on the table.
Tip: Reduce cranberries or foxberries, add some sugar plus 10-15 gram of Raspberry esprit per 1000 gram and if you dare 3 gram of Rose esprit, hmmmm.
